Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Property Launch AI, operated by RB Promotions (“we”), collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, a scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), plan and sign-in times.
• Branding you add: brokerage name, phone, website, license numbers, logo, headshot, colors and disclaimers. Your contact details are used only to put them on your posts, flyers and captions.
• Listings: listing links you paste, the details and photos we read from those pages or that you upload, and the designs, captions and videos we make for you.
• Connected social accounts: if you connect Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, the account name, ID and profile picture, and access tokens that let us post for you (see below).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and plan, never your card number.
• Usage & security logs: sign-ins, listings created, posts sent, AI usage, error logs, and IP addresses for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

How AI processes your data

To read listing pages, review and pick photos, write copy and design graphics, we send the relevant listing text, photos and your branding details to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), through its commercial API. Anthropic processes this data to return results to us; under its commercial terms, API inputs and outputs aren't used to train its models. We don't send your password, payment details or social-media tokens to the AI provider.

Connected social accounts

When you connect an account, you sign in on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok directly — we never see your password. We request only the permissions needed to identify the account and publish the posts you choose (for example instagram_business_content_publish, pages_manage_posts, video.upload). Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database. We don't read your messages, followers or other posts. To post, the image or video is briefly hosted at a private link so the platform can download it; scheduled media is kept until it's posted, then removed. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens; you can also remove our access in the platform's settings (Instagram/Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).

Who we share data with

Only service providers that help us run Property Launch: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), our email provider (account emails such as password resets, confirmations and team invites), our hosting provider, and the social networks you choose to post to. If you're on a team, the team owner can see your name, email and how many listings you've made. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one essential sign-in cookie to keep you logged in (plus a temporary one while an administrator is helping with your account). No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. Daily database backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data disappears from backups within about two weeks. Logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Deleting your data

Delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, listings, designs, branding, uploaded music and connected social accounts right away (and from backups within 14 days). You can also email us, or see our data deletion page for social-account data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA or GDPR) you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, social tokens are encrypted, and the site should always be served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Children

Property Launch is for real estate professionals and isn't intended for anyone under 18.
