Data deletion

You can delete the data Property Launch AI (RB Promotions) holds about you at any time.

Delete everything (your whole account)

1. Log in at Property Launch AI.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & data.
3. Click Delete my account and confirm with your password.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, listings, designs, branding, uploaded music, scheduled posts and connected social accounts. Copies in our daily backups expire within 14 days. Cancel any paid subscription first so you aren't charged again.

Remove only your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok connection

• In Property Launch: Settings → Social accounts → Disconnect. We delete the stored access tokens and account details.
• From Facebook or Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) → remove Property Launch AI. Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the connected-account data we stored for you.
• From TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → remove Property Launch AI.

Can't log in?

Email our support team (reply to any email from us) from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
